Doug is a licensed full-time Realtor in California, since 1986, with broad knowledge in the industry, having worked both in sales and management. Prior to real estate he worked in commercial and industrial construction.
Doug has worked with thousands of residential and corporate clients over the last 21 years and has consistently been in the top 1% of total volume and sales production. He has specialized in many facets that include working successfully with numerous attorneys involved in probate, trust and dissolution sales, as well as Lender Owned or REO properties for most of his career, working with dozens of corporate clients, such as California Federal Bank and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation.
Having begun his career in 1986, in Southern California, he then relocated to Northern California in mid-1993. Doug has received many top sales awards & honors, related to his commitment to his clients. These honors include Coldwell Banker's Prestigious President's Club from 1989 through 1991, a Senior Sales Associate from 1992 to 1993, Polley Polley & Madsen's Top 10, Coldwell Banker's International President's Elite 1997-1999, Creative Property Service's Presidents Club from 2000-2002. Consistently Doug is one of Sonoma County’s top producers.
Doug became affiliated with Keller Williams Realty in October of 2006. This cutting edge, agent driven, company has allowed him to continue to expand his client commitment and menu of services.
