All listings appear in the Bay Area Multiple Listing Service. All listings are marketed through the internet and on various web sites. Advertising occurs in the Press Democrat newspaper and Real Estate magazine, Real Estate Wine Country, Homes & Land Magazine and various other publications, as needed. A monthly calendar is given to clients to show what activities will be completed to market and generate activity. Business cards are picked up on a weekly basis, from showings, and are called back for feedback. Doug always encourages the seller's input and is flexible to his clients needs.
Doug is a current member of Marketing Masters, a local Real Estate network consisting of 24 of the top agents in Sonoma County. They meet weekly to discuss their properties and to provide written evaluations and feedback of each other's listings, which in turn should facilitate quicker sales and generate top dollar. Advertising is also done monthly, as a group, in major real estate publications, and on their website.
Doug contacts his clients at least once a week to give feedback on showing and recent activity. Throughout the entire sale process, communication is the key!
